Vacation Bible School at Calvary Lutheran Church Chandler
Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Calvary Lutheran Church in Chandler, AZ is one of the most exciting weeks of the summer for kids! Each year we welcome children from across the East Valley for a week of Bible stories, worship songs, crafts, games, and fellowship — all centered on God’s Word and the Good News of Jesus Christ.
VBS is open to children in Kindergarten through 6th grade, and is completely free of charge. No prior church experience is needed — all are welcome!
What to Expect at VBS
📖 Bible Stories
Each day focuses on a key Bible story that brings God’s love and promises to life in an age-appropriate, engaging way.
🎨 Crafts & Activities
Kids get hands-on with crafts, games, and activities that reinforce each day’s Bible lesson and make learning fun.
🎵 Songs & Worship
Children learn upbeat worship songs they can take home and share with their families all year long.
Who Can Attend VBS?
VBS at Calvary is open to all children in the Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa, and surrounding East Valley communities. You do not need to be a member of Calvary Lutheran — every child is welcome.
